WOW I feel like I haven’t been on here in FOREVER!!!! I missed you guys, Did you miss me?
I know I owe you a couple of recap posts but you will have to wait until probably next week for those…. for today I’m talking about ADVOCARE!!!!
Since it is summer I don’t want to commit to a full 24 day challenge so I am going to do the first 10 days of the challenge, the Cleanse Phase!
So what do you need for the 10 day challenge?!?!?!
Make sure you get the Peaches and Cream flavor! It is actually good, the citric one is GROSS!!!! This box will contain the majority of the supplies you need for the challenge.
Spark is ALWAYS everyones favorite part of the challenge!!! I continue to drink it even after challenge. For the 10 day challenge I would suggest getting two boxes of spark, then you can get 2 different flavors and have enough so you can drink 2-3 spark drinks a day! I drink spark to cut down on my pop intake. Pop is not considered clean so NO pop on the challenge. For all the soda addicts, it’s only 10 days…. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
My favorite spark flavors are fruit punch & pink lemonade! But I have tried all the flavors and I like them all!!
This product is AMAZING, it helps turn fat into muscle! If you choose to get just one optional product I would say that this is the one that you should get!!!
This product is an omega-3 supplement. It is optional but I choose to take it twice a day while on the challenge. If you choose not to get this product that is ok, you will still have great results during the challenge!

Along with taking the products you also have to eat CLEAN!!! I LOVE eating clean. All eating clean means is buy natural foods. I pretty much stick to the outer parts of the grocery store and I do great! You can eat all the fruits, veggies (except mushrooms) and meat that you want. I try my hardest to cut out carbs just to get better results but when I need bread I eat Ezekiel Bread. I buy mine at Trader Joes. You can eat nut butters, just make sure you buy the all natural kind or make it yourself. The key is cutting out all those nasty preservatives! If you decide to commit to this 10 day challenge with me I will email you all the info you need so you eat clean and take the correct supplements at the correct times!
I promise you this challenge is not as hard as it might sound. I have tons of amazing recipes that will make it much easier to get threw the 10 days!

ALSO!!!!! I need to highly one special Advocare Product that my mom recently tried and had amazing results!!!!
My mom recently ran the Grandma’s marathon and she decided to drink one of these energy shots before her run. She had AMAZING results!!!! She finished in a personal record! Now, I realize that this product is not the only reason that she PR’d but I know it helped!
